NUTRITION ADVENTURE CLUB

Every Food Has a Superpower. Every Child Is a Hero.

Playful Nutrition Education, Delievered to Your Door

What is Nutrition Adventure Club

Nutrition Adventure Club is a monthly snail mail experience designed to make nutrition fun — helping children understand WHY food matters through storytelling, curated activities, family-friendly recipes, and hands-on adventures delivered to your child in the mailbox every month.

Each Adventure Includes:

  • A Food Hero Collector Card — a unique keepsake. Your child will want to collect them all

  • An Adventure Story — an unforgettable Food Hero adventure story that makes the nutrition lesson stick

  • Sticker Sheet — because nothing says "I did it" like a sticker

  • A Parent Card — nutrition/feeding tips on one side, a simple recipe or no-cook snack on the other

  • A Tracking Activity — turns this month's lesson into a game your child can't wait to finish

  • A Rotating Hands-On Activity — a different themed activity every month, matched to this Food Hero's superpower

Why It Works?

Built by a Dietician. Tested by a House Full of Boys.

Hello!

There is something magical about getting mail addressed just to you — it sparks joy and wonder.

Nutrition Adventure Club brings learning and connection to something tangible, something your child will hold and treasure.

I'm Heather — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Pediatric Physician Assistant with 15 years of experience, who believes nutrition is first to leading a healthy lifestyle! I’m am the “Female President to an All Boys Club” (aka 3x boy mom), and these sons of mine taught me everything the textbooks left out. Creating a sense of adventure takes learning from screen time to hands-on curiosity, building real food literacy through play and not pressuring them to take “one more bite”. All this, and giving me peace back at the dinner table.

You’ve tried the charts. You’ve tried the bribes. You’ve tried hiding it in a smoothie…

You're not doing anything wrong. Most nutrition education for kids is targeted at parents, which may either be too abstract (a food pyramid poster) or too passive (another app, another screen). Kids don't build a relationship with food from a worksheet — they build it by touching, tasting, and doing.

Nutrition Adventure Club was built to be the thing you reach for at the kitchen table instead of the tablet.
